What counts as a seat?
A seat is any enabled user protected by the compliance copilot in email, chat, browser, or LLMs. Admin-only or audit-only users do not consume a traditional seat.

Do you offer custom connectors?
Yes. We can deliver a managed integration and build custom connectors to fit most communications platforms.

How are pilots priced and what happens when a pilot ends?
Qualified teams can run a pilot at low or no cost. At the end you can convert to the plan that fits your size and usage and keep your configured policies. Contact info@useconduct.com for more information.

If we disable a user mid-term, are we still charged for them?
No. Seats are prorated from activation to deactivation and reconciled on your next invoice.

You keep your data. Export policies, rule packs, incidents, and logs via UI or API. At term end we disable access, disconnect connectors, and stop processing. We delete remaining data per your retention and our DPA, with backups aging out. We can provide a deletion attestation on request.
